Since 2005, Greenworx have been providing a variety of outdoor management services across a wide range of commercial facilities including aged care and retirement living, sporting fields and leisure centres, schools and colleges, business parks and industrial estates, public outdoor spaces, hospitals among our key client groups. Founders

  • Mark Ballesty


    The original founder of Greenworx in 2005, Mark returned to the landscape industry after initially becoming qualified and working in the industry in his early career before moving on to hold a number of senior management positions including Marketing and General Management within sporting institutions. During his career, Mark was able to further develop his knowledge of creating high-performance teams and successful business models. Mark’s passion for delivering Operational excellence is channelled through to our teams of landscape professionals, ensuring the relentless pursuit of quality, responsiveness and performance. His focus is firmly on delivering outstanding customer service. He will always try hard to help our clients, as he knows the value of having only the best service providers working in your corner.

  • John Kalocsai


    John brings an extensive cross-section of experience to Greenworx, including Executive positions within the building and facility management sectors. A proven performer having successfully managed in excess of $80M in annual business turnover his understanding of key success factors and ability to deliver is an asset within the business. John plays a vital role in interpreting client needs and developing comprehensive service models. A licensed builder and holds an Associate Diploma of Applied Science (Building) John’s practical knowledge of construction processes is an asset to our clients and project teams. As a board member and current President of ‘The Landscape Association’ (TLA) John sees the importance of proactively supporting the direction and growth of the landscape industry. John willingly invests his time along with fellow board members to drive increased recognition for members and professionalism of the industry within NSW and beyond.

  • Pat Wilson


    Pat Wilson’s career has spanned the elite sports and venues industry across a range of roles including Events Manager at Sydney Entertainment Centre, Chief Executive of the Manly Sea Eagles, Rugby Australia General Manager, High Performance Unit and Interim Chief Executive of the Melbourne Rebels Super Rugby franchise during its establishment phase.
    Pat was also the General Manager, Events and Operations with the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust for just on six years. During that time, he was involved with every major event including Ashes Test matches, major concerts and presenting the Major League Baseball event between Los Angeles Dodgers and Arizona Diamondbacks at the Sydney Cricket Ground in 2014. He resigned from the SCG Trust late 2017 and went on to be the Acting COO, Venues NSW for a contracted period with a primary focus on assisting the NSW Government successfully deliver the new Western Sydney Stadium at Parramatta.

  • Kevin Greene


    A well-regarded and respected leader Kevin holds a number of key board positions. Currently a Director and Chair of a range of organisations including Cricket NSW, NSW Rugby League, Illawarra Catholic Club, NSW Rugby League Referees Association and Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal. Kevin’s career began as a Teacher and Principal with Sydney Catholic Schools and led to a number of significant political roles including being the Minister for Gaming, Racing and Sport, Minister for Community Services and Minister for Major Events. Kevin was the Director Racing NSW 2011 to 2018 and more recently the Mayor of Georges River Council from 2017 to 2021. Kevin’s standing in the community and acknowledgement for his voluntary efforts is recognised by several Life Memberships. His knowledge of local and state government processes as well as wide ranging network will be an asset to Greenworx as we focus heavily on delivery of our strategic plan.

  • Steve Taylor


    Steve has over 35 years of international experience in the FM industry, having held senior management roles for a diverse range of companies across facilities management, project management and soft services. A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), Steve is a commercially focused, forward-thinking business leader that has delivered growth through building customer-centric solutions through the delivery of service excellence. He is an International Executive who has worked in Europe, Asia, and Australia across the fields of Facilities and Asset Management, Property, Operations, Infrastructure and Project Management. A strong networker, relationship builder and communicator at C-Suite and Board level. Steve leads a change management culture through building high-performing teams. Steve is a Life Member of the Facility Management Association of Australia.

    Steve’s involvement in a fast-paced industry and ability to develop and deliver comprehensive business strategies whilst remaining flexible and ready to adapt to change will be invaluable to Greenworx’ expansion and future success.

  • Bradley Clyde


    Bradley Clyde brings over 30 years of industry experience in property & construction, financial services, technology, not-for-profit and sport. He has worked closely with local and international organisations to generate growth, innovation, transformation and high performance.

    Mr Clyde is currently a Partner at Blenheim Partners, an International Search Firm and has previously held senior management roles where his responsibilities included driving growth through developing relationships with clients in Education, Aged Care, Health and Commercial Property.

    Outside of business, Mr Clyde is highly regarded for his distinguished contributions to Australian Sport, having played rugby league professionally for the Canberra Raiders, Canterbury Bulldogs and Leeds Rhinos. He has won multiple premierships as well as Clive Churchill Medals. Mr Clyde has represented his state and country in numerous State of Origin series and Test matches. He has also been inducted into the Australian Rugby League Hall of Fame and remains engaged with Rugby League as a current Board Member for the Men of League Foundation. Brad holds a Master of Business and a Graduate Certificate in Sports Management and is a well-credentialed and welcome addition to the Greenworx Advisory Board.
